Auntie Irene's Quilt

I have a ton of old fabric that Auntie Irene gave me. It has been sitting in my back room for years now, pleading with me to see the light of day. I wanted someone to make a quilt out of it, to remember her by. I always feel so loved and wrapped by her, so a quilt it seemed would be appropriate. I finally found someone who quilted and I asked her to make it for me. Her response was that we would do it together. So, here you find its beginnings, its face. I hope to make another one, once this is finished, for Brother Darling.
